hilariously, if you ever find yourself having mobile network trouble on your expensive 5G phone while out and about, my Number One Tip is to try temporarily turning 5G off
(Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options -> Voice & Data.)
I don’t understand the physics reasons why entirely, but apparently LTE is exponentially more reliable at range. and obviously the band is likely to be less populated.
