The Psalms Theme 1.1 Update

Version 1.0 > 1.1

• Adjusted various colors - generally less of #da2573 and more #f43f32.
• Added widget scopes.
• Aligned the Action Bar colors with the rest of the theme. If you’re dissatisfied with the changes or just want to try Version 1.0, its source will continue to be available on my Drafts-specific GitHub repository.
