Hey Kelly! I wanted to congratulate you on your new job while also expressing my sympathies… about your new job hehe.

If I may make a request/offer a suggestion: I think a good place to start in the process of improving Twitter’s customer communications would simply be adhering to deadlines.

My application for Ticketed Spaces was submitted 39 days ago, which would not be problematic if it did not specifically pledge “we’ll… be in touch within 10 days.” Even “if you don’t hear back from us, assume you didn’t qualify” would’ve been preferable, from my perspective.

I’ve got a few similar examples. I am not so much a disgruntled user as I am an empathetically-embarrassed one.

If you’re interested in hearing more from me for some reason, my account of Twitter’s negligence surrounding Periscope’s shutdown (another missed deadline) is definitely too animated for a cold DM, but might actually help?
