Was quite dismayed to discover that Telegram for iOS/iPadOS' hardware keyboard support has all but disappeared in recent months. Finally got around to submitting my first issue about it.

When I input standard text formatting commands with text highlighted in the compose view, the expected text transformations no longer occur.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any text compose field in the iOS/iPadOS app.
2. Type some text.
3. Select said text.
4. With a paired hardware keyboard, try standard text transformation keyboard shortcuts.
